Lugal, A Luxury Collection Hotel

1. All the staff who work there are very professional, very polite,kind [you feel you are at home] 2.very clean 3. Good location 4. The breakfast was excellent This month, we went to three hotels in Ankara ,all the good ones, but the lugal is the best

We liked to much your staff attitude and the cleanness of the hotel, the room was so comfortable and quite and friendly ambient. The reception staff so professional and during our stay we are thankful for their help; especially Aysima was very helpful and quick responder to our request. All were very kind and we would like definitely to be there again.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast options. Well located to check out the area but not close to central Ankara - we took a taxi to the Citadel and Museum. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room fabulous. Room was great. Staff very helpful.

I was very pleased with the the room AND service. The team was so professional and attentive - and the air conditioning was excellent which as we know, can be challenging in Türkiye.
