I have dealt with Yağmur at reception for my check in and she was just wonderful to deal with. She has gone above and beyond to make the experience very easy and pleasant and also offered so many extras. It was wonderful to deal with her.

We liked to much your staff attitude and the cleanness of the hotel, the room was so comfortable and quite and friendly ambient. The reception staff so professional and during our stay we are thankful for their help; especially Aysima was very helpful and quick responder to our request. All were very kind and we would like definitely to be there again.

Very elegant rooms , lobby, very good food variety, and most of all excellent staff in all aspects. Also hotel location is very convenient.

Lovely hotel with good breakfast options. Well located to check out the area but not close to central Ankara - we took a taxi to the Citadel and Museum. Sauna, Jacuzzi and steam room fabulous. Room was great. Staff very helpful.

I was very pleased with the the room AND service. The team was so professional and attentive - and the air conditioning was excellent which as we know, can be challenging in Türkiye.
